Best State to Incorporate (in U.S)

If u r planning to start a venture, u will be obsessed with many questions. Where to incorporate is a million dollar question. Wherever u r incorporating, profit is the ultimate aim. Profit can be made in many ways. Each state has its own policies and practices for business ventures. Nevada is THE best state since it has no corporate income tax. So by incorporating here, you can save income tax spending. Delaware is also a business friendly state.

But tax saving alone should not be your ultimate aim in incorporating. Because very often only large corporates have made savings in such low tax state, small businesses ain't.

What if you incorporate in one state and operate from other?
It is again a complex situation, wherein you have to deal with fees, legal requirements most importantly paper works of both state. It is noteworthy that tax saving often changes and may change in very near future too.
