Auction selling is undoubtedly a good technique to have great income.

No doubt about e-bay traffic. Millions are scouring this business website every day looking for great deal.

Like any other business auction selling needs customer coming in to be successful. Ideas listed below are not secrets from Pluto, nor they will guarantee your auctions to be successful. But if you do take them to heart and apply them to your auction selling business,then you are in a league of great and success auction sellers !!!

For the willing one, E-bay auction can save for their retirement or may even be an additional way of income.

Here are some techniques that might transform a MEDIOCRE e-bay auction seller into a MONSTER. And trust me u will be hunted by your peers to market their products as well !!!

Priority products:

Product type is the major factor. If your product type is the most sought one, then success all yours for sure. So do some research before going in for auction selling.

KYP :

Yes it is another best part, Know your Product. This is a subtle thing, and may turn turn malicious if not. You must be prepared to answer any product and service related questions to a prospect. A persistent sales reputation is balanced by KYP and services that are being offered. Hence knowing it before posting will prove good.

Customer Service :

This will transform you as a serious player in this game. This is what beings in repeat customers and great reputation which is a unpaid advertisement for you. If you get any question via e-mail, respond immediately. Responding immediately like "i am busy now will catch u after some time" doesn't makes any sense..!
Offer something extra than the ordinary to be extra-ordinary. Make feel them special,so they will visit your auction time to time.

Sales Policy :

Never have a confusing shipping and sales policy. Dont make someone think something costs $50 and surprise them with an extra $8 for shipping costs. Hence it is always better to have a cheap and better shipping routine. And remember auction is a risky endeavours for buyers, so you may have to consider a refund policy, which in turn builds trust and confidence.

Auction Timing :

Competing against 10 other people offering same products or services OR 1 reputed auction seller, will not prove profitable. So do some research before you post any listing. In this way, auction selling will provide you better results than you thought.So wait until related products have been sold.
Waiting a quick week may add more money to your wallet.
