The Indian Technology Hub is getting a $4 million apartments as Indian Billionaire and Liquor Baron Mr.Vijay Mallya is razing his ancestral property. Bengaluru is the Indian home to Google Inc.,Microsoft Corp. and Infosys Technologies Ltd.
This project is jointly developed by United Breweries Holdings Ltd and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The project will kick start in December .

The Demand for luxury apartments are on the rise in India, and also Indian Infrastructure sector is in its boom. It may be also noted that India's richest individual Mr.Mukesh Ambani will soon move into his 27-story skyscraper in South Mumbai which is the world's most expensive home, according to Forbes.
